The CO2000 is a portable combined carbon dioxide and oxygen analyser with high and low adjustable alarms.
It measures oxygen concentration using a long life electro-chemical sensor and carbon dioxide using a high stability solid state infra-red sensor. Each sensor output is scaled compensated for barometric pressure variations and displayed on a pair of back-lit LCD displays.
A Built-in sample pressure reducer allows the unit to be connected to a pressurised sample line and an electronic flow meter will monitor the sample flow and warn the operator in the event of flow failure.
A wide input power supply and rechargeable battery with 12 day autonomy allows both fixed and portable operation.
Possible applications include air diving decompression chamber analysis, checking of mixed gases in diving and other critical applications such as monitoring the atmosphere in hyperbaric lifeboats.
